Transparent IT support pricing
First hour €40, subsequent hours €35 per hour, excluding VAT. One-hour minimum, then 30-minute increments.

Transparent costs.
No travel or call-out fees in the 12 covered municipalities. You pay for the time spent providing support.
Simpler issues are generally resolved within an hour. Duration depends on the issue. If further work is needed, I explain before continuing. Parts, materials and licences are separate and agreed beforehand.
